Project Overview

Radian required a programme of solar PV stations to be installed over a selection of properties in Hampshire.
Dulas was selected by a tender process which required us to demonstrate our adherence to strict criteria for health and safety and customer care, and to show a high level of experience in dealing with this type of development.
Dulas were asked to project manage the delivery of the systems from start to end. The programme included providing information packs to all residents and overseeing the work of 4 subcontractors.

Implementation

Dulas provided the system overview for 10 estates and 60 properties in total. An initial tenant liaison took place before and during the project and the work was completed over a period of 3 months.
The project includes installation of a remote access meter to enable meter readings without disrupting tenants.
Feedback we have received from tenants has been very positive, with comments on the professionalism of our staff and the communication from our in-house tenant liaison officer regarding all aspects of the project.
