Dulas have won a number of awards during our near 30 year history. Whilst we are immensely proud of our achievements, we also remain modest and are acutely aware that we are only as good as our most recent installation. Many of the accolades Dulas have received are as a direct result of pioneering work we have carried out in the renewable energy sector. We have seen many companies and developments come and go during our history yet remain dedicated to our guiding principle: to improve lives through renewable energy and sustainable technology.

These awards recognise outstanding achievement in the British renewable energy sector. They are a tribute to innovation and excellence. The exceptional quality of all the shortlisted entries serves to demonstrate the exacting standards, talent and originality within this industry.

As winners of the Growth Award for 2010 the award "judges concede that by any standards Dulas is one impressive company. With over 30 years of experience the company has established a world renowned reputation for innovative green technology. Its environmental products and expertise are in growing demand both at home and abroad and each year of its recent existence its performance has exceeded expectations".

The Wales Fast Growth 50 celebrates the best of Welsh entrepreneurship. Established in 1999, the Wales Fast Growth 50 aims to identify the fifty fastest growing firms in Wales. It has become firmly established as one of the main barometers of entrepreneurship in the Welsh economy and the list of business success that companies across Wales aspire to.

The Daily Post sponsored Achievement Wales Award recognises outstanding business success for Welsh companies. Dulas were awarded the Greenest Company Award in recognition of our work in the renewable energy sector both in the UK and throughout the world.

The Green Apple Awards are presented to recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.

In 2009 Dulas won Co-operatives UK 'Most Improved Commercial Performance Award'. At the award ceremony Ben Reid, Chair of Co-operatives UK which organised the awards, said: "Dulas is an outstanding illustration of how a co-operative can successfully grow its business - and grow a business in the innovative and exciting field of renewable energy. They thoroughly deserve this award as they are a shining light for the rest of the co-operative movement."

The REA is the voice of the renewables industry in the UK. The REA represents renewable energy producers and promotes the use of all forms of renewable energy in the UK. The membership is now over 650 companies, ranging from major multinationals through to sole traders. The Best Renewable Energy Company award recognises outstanding achievement in the British renewable energy sector. They are a tribute to innovation and excellence.

The Ashden Awards for Sustainable Energy champion practical, local energy solutions that cut carbon, protect the environment, reduce poverty and improve people's lives. Dulas 2008 Ashden Award was given in recognition of its 25-year achievement in providing a range of renewable energy services, in the UK and internationally.

The Queen's Awards for Enterprise is an awards programme for British businesses and other organisations who excel at international trade. Dulas won the award in recognition of the efforts undertaken to provide hundreds of remote hospitals and clinics in Africa, Asia and Latin America with vaccine and blood bank refrigerators, as well as systems which power laboratory equipment, medical centrifuges and operating theatre lights.
