1. Are the Dulas solar refrigerators robust and will they work in harsh, hot areas?

2. What is the volume of vaccine capacity in a Dulas solar refrigerator?

The VC65 solar vaccine refrigerator has a vaccine capacity of 37.5 litres. The VC150 can hold up to 85 litres of vaccines.

Both cabinets feature a separate freezer compartment for valuable freezing of icepacks which ensure vaccines are kept cold during transport further afield to remote health stations.

3. How much do Dulas solar refrigerators cost?

Dulas’ solar vaccine refrigerator systems and other solar solutions are bespoke according to the site location they are to be installed. Therefore, prices are worked out on an individual, case-by-case basis.

However, Dulas’ dedicated sales team are always on-hand to provide a quotation. 

4. Does Dulas provide training along with the equipment?

Whilst Dulas’ solar equipment can be installed by a competent technician, Dulas also offers a comprehensive training package with its refrigerator systems. Dulas’s training packages can be tailor-made to suit individual needs and are based on a series of classroom lectures followed by practical installation sessions.

Moreover, Dulas’ technical experts are available at any time for support via email or telephone at any stage of installation or operations.

5. I’m looking for alternative solar solutions, can Dulas help?

6. Our health centre is in a remote area, can Dulas help?

Many of Dulas’ fridges are already installed in very remote areas where access is limited due to poor or non-existent road infrastructures.

Dulas ships to the nearest available port or airport and is happy to advise on the most appropriate way to get your fridge safely to its end destination.

Dulas’ experience and involvement with in-country clients has proved invaluable in reaching these areas, utilizing multiple forms of transport including boats, helicopters and even yaks!
