We want to be sure that you are right for us and that we are right for you, so we normally hold interviews over the course of approximately half a day. This way we can get to know each other a little better. During the time you spend with us there may be several different interviews and tasks, all designed to obtain different information. These could be one, more or all of the following:

The process often begins with all interview candidates receiving a brief presentation on the company, covering a bit of history, terms and conditions of employment and some practical issues about working Dulas.

This will be carried out by members of the team within which the role is advertised. The questions will be based on the selection criteria and designed to see how well you meet these.

There may be a group task, an individual task or both. The group task is to help us assess your team working and decision-making skills. Any individual task will be designed around the specific job criteria to give you a taste of what the job might involve.

Please note, we will reimburse your travel costs within the UK up to the cost of second class rail fare. We do not pay for overseas travel or overnight expenses.
