Dulas is thrilled to have won the Best for all Stages of Motherhood Award in the annual Top Employers for Working Families Special Awards.
Run by the charity Working Families, the national awards recognise the most family friendly and flexible employers, with a number of award categories covering work-life policies and practices, including flexible working initiatives.
Shortlisted alongside Barclays and JP Morgan for the Best for all Stages of Motherhood Award, the award celebrates an employer’s support for mums to be and mothers at every stage of their child’s development.
The award win highlights Dulas’ initiatives and policies, created to ensure that there is no pregnancy related discrimination in the workplace. These documents and practices foster a working culture that supports mums to return to work after having a child.
